"To start, I scheduled a complimentary session with Gail. Without hesitation, I hired her for 24 sessions package! If you are struggling and need someone professional, polite and truly care about your progress, you have found the one. I thought I was in fairly good shape & I thought I knew everything there was to know about exercise & fitness until Gail ran me through a TRX workout. Her knowledge of exercise physiology and her coaching techniques bring a whole new dimension of fitness training into play. She helps you to improve balance and fluidity in movement and flexibility while strengthening your core in a challenging but fun workout. I loathe exercise, my preference is a good book and a few bon-bons. However, my doctor has a different agenda and he insisted I exercise at least three times a week. This is where Gail McGhie comes in. I have been working with Gail for a few months now in my home. I only regret that I did not start doing this years ago. First Gail has the patience of a Saint, and I also found it can be fun to exercise.
I am eighty three years old. Although it has only been three or four months of a steady routine... I am already much more limber, I stand straighter and I can touch my toes. Getting up from a reclining or seated position has become so much easier.

I started working out with Gail in March 2016.  I enjoy each workout session because Gail keeps them interesting by varying what we do.  After our warm up we do strength training with weights, resistance tubing, Pilates rings and TRX.  She includes cardio, yoga, and exercise balls throughout the workouts.  We also do floor exercise before we cool down for stretches. Gail individualizes her instruction and is always well prepared for each session.  I can definitely feel and see the benefits of working out with Gail and recommend her without hesitation.

I have been going to Gail's exercise class for the last few months. I find her to be kind, caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable in the exercise field.  Gail will show you a different technique if an exercise is too hard or if you have pain in a certain area.  The time goes by very quick even though exercise is not something I'm crazy about!

I began working with Gail McGhie on March 2, 2016 with two of my friends.  This was the best thing I could have done for myself.  I injured my ankle in October 2015, so from that time until March I was very sedentary.  I explained this to Gail and she designed a program for me that wouldn't put too much stress on my ankle.  She was also very patient with me when I couldn't do an exercise.  Gail would modify it by having me perform it using TRX to take the pressure off the joint.

Each session Gail used a variety of equipment such as weights, balls,resistance tubing with handles and TRX.  In addition to this she incorporated Pilates and yoga.  She added great music which made the workouts fun.  Gail was always prepared with notes specific to the group as the sessions progressed.  I am stronger and more flexible than when I started.  I have also lost inches.  I highly recommend Gail as a trainer.
