One on One Personal Training
An individual exercise session is available in the private Crown Heights fitness studio or in the client's home, office, or gym.   Each client receives a specially designed workout that is tailored to their strengths, challenges and motivations.  All sessions include assisted stretching at the end of the workout.

An individual session at the private Crown Heights studio is $50.00 for 55 minutes.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.

An individual session at a client's location is $80.00 for 55 minutes.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.  Prices vary (plus/minus)depending on location and travel time.

Semi Private Training-Dynamic Duo's!
A semi private (two person) exercise session is available in the home, office, gym or park.  The clients should be at a similar fitness level with relatively similar goals.  The clients receive a specially designed workout that is tailored to their strengths, challenges and motivations. 

A semi private session at the private Crown Heights studio is $35.00 per client for 55 minutes.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.

A semi private session at a client's location is $50.00 per client for 55 minutes.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.  Prices vary (plus/minus)depending on travel time and location.

30 Minute Brooklyn Brick Express Workout-only available at 1325 Park Place Fitness Studio

Limited time to work out?  Get fit in 30 minutes with our custom express workout!  The Brooklyn Brick Express workout is tailored to your level of fitness and your fitness goals.  Your body, your workout. 

An individual 30 minute session at the private Crown Heights studio is $30.00.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.

A semi private (2 person) 30 minute session at the private Crown Heights studio is $20.00 per client. 10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.

 

Personal Training Personalized Programs

These programs are part of a results oriented program and clients will be able to qualify results from the beginning of the program to the program finish.

Buff That Body-Advanced Beginner/Intermediate

This is a six week transformational program designed to tighten and tone your body.  There are 3 customized workouts per week and the focus is on sculpting and strengthening your butt, legs, core and arms.  These are total body movements for calorie torching resistance training.  If weight loss is a goal, meal guidance can be provided.

18 sessions at 1325 Park Place -3x a week for optimal results-$810.00 (one-on-one training).

18 sessions at client’s home or apartment gym-3x a week for optimal results-$1,170.00 (one-on-one training).

 Wedding Workout-Beginner/Intermediate

Congratulations!  This eight week program is designed to get you in shape for your wedding day and honeymoon.  There are 3 customized workouts per week and the focus is on toning the butt, sliming the waist and getting sexy arms and shoulders.  Show me a picture of your wedding dress and the workout will be designed to make you look your best in it. If weight loss is a goal, meal guidance can be provided.

24 sessions at 1325 Park Place -3x a week for optimal results-$1080.00 (one-on-one training).

24 sessions at client’s home or apartment gym-3x a week for optimal results-$1560.00 (one-on-one training).

 Restoration Body-Beginner or those not yet in great shape and baby boomers

This is a 12 week program designed to restore the body and help you get back into shape.  This program counters the challenges brought on by a sedentary lifestyle, health issues, or normal aging.  Transform your body by burning fat, strengthening and toning your muscles, and boosting energy and endurance.  If weight loss is a goal, meal planning can be provided.

36 sessions at 1325 Park Place-3x a week for optimal results-$1620.00 (one-on-one training).

36 sessions at client’s home or apartment gym-3x a week for optimal results-$2340.00 (one on one training).
