One on One Personal Training
An individual exercise session is available in the private Crown Heights fitness studio or in the client's home, office, or gym.   Each client receives a specially designed workout that is tailored to their strengths, challenges and motivations.  All sessions include assisted stretching at the end of the workout.

An individual session at the private Crown Heights studio is $50.00 for 50 minutes.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.

An individual session at a client's location is $85.00 for 50 minutes.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.  Prices vary (plus/minus)depending on location and travel time.

Semi Private Training-Dynamic Duo's!
A semi private (two person) exercise session is available in the home, office, gym or park.  The clients should be at a similar fitness level with relatively similar goals.  The clients receive a specially designed workout that is tailored to their strengths, challenges and motivations. 

A semi private session at the private Crown Heights studio is $40.00 per client for 50 minutes.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.

A semi private session at a client's location is $60.00 per client for 50 minutes.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.  Prices vary (plus/minus)depending on travel time and location.

30 Minute Brooklyn Brick Express Workout-only available at 1325 Park Place Fitness Studio

No time to work out?  Get fit in 30 minutes with our custom express workout!  The Brooklyn Brick Express workout is tailored to your level of fitness and your fitness goals.  Your body, your workout. 

An individual 30 minute session at the private Crown Heights studio is $30.00.  10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.

A semi private (2 person) 30 minute session at the private Crown Heights studio is $22.50. per client. 10% discount on a purchase of ten sessions.

Restoration Body Small Group Training (5-7 people)

 This level one class delivers an effective challenging cross training total body workout that is fun, runs at a nice pace (not super speedy!), and is results oriented.  The Restoration Body workout is low impact and the program is primarily for a woman relatively new to fitness, or for a woman with some challenges due to previous injuries or the aging process itself.  The novice participant can progress to an intermediate exercise class.  The aging body can become age-defying!  Restoration Body classes are designed to produce a fitter, leaner, stronger, more agile and energetic body (and you'll look awesome too!)  Classes are based on functional training and include a dynamic warm up, a great work phase that includes cardio bursts, and end with a cool down and a relaxing stretch.  Modifications or progressions to any exercise are offered. Bands, tubing, balls, weights and TRX suspension devices (when available) are used.  Classes are 50 minutes.

Buff that Body Small Group Training (5-7 people)

Kiss the thunder thighs, jiggly arms, and mushy tush goodbye and say hello to your abs!  A lean strong body is sexy-period!  In addition to a chiseled body looking good, muscle keeps you looking younger, feeling stronger, speeds up the metabolism and protects the bones.  Ladies-I promise you that you will not develop male looking muscle-a feminine strong sexy body is the goal of this class.  This class uses proven techniques and is based on the 'buff' principles I use for myself and my private clients.  This class is open to all fitness levels and modifications and progressions are offered for any exercise.  Classes are based on functional training and run at a nice pace -buffing the body requires slower focused moves!  The workout begins with a dynamic warm up, a great work phase that includes some cardio bursts and ends with a cool down and a relaxing stretch.  Bands, tubing, balls, weights and TRX suspension devices (when available) are used.  Classes are 50 minutes.

Rock that Body Small Group Training (5-7 people)

Burn fat, tone the legs, butt, tummy and arms with energetic moves that rock the entire body!  This class format is dynamic and is great for overall fitness, cardio endurance and strengthening the body.   This workout begins with a high energy warm up.   A great work phase follows that involves high repetition strengthening moves with low resistance,  compound cardio moves and bursts and ends with a cool down and a relaxing stretch.  This workout can be modified or progressed for different fitness levels, but does run at a quicker more intense pace than the other classes I offer and can be something of a butt kicker (but, your booty will look great!)  Bands, tubing, balls, weights, and TRX suspension devices (when available) are used.  Classes are 45 minutes.

Core and More Small Group Training (5-7 people)

Core muscle development and strengthening is essential for any well rounded fitness program-and I must mention it makes you look great!  The core phase of the class focuses on strengthening the muscles that support the pelvis, trunk, and lower back.  It also develops and strengthens the butt.   In addition to getting awesome strong abs and looking good, this core workout improves balance, stability, and helps supports the spine to help reduce back pain.  The improvement in posture makes you look amazing.  This class is offered 2x a week-one day is core and upper body, the remaining day is core and lower body.  Classes are based on functional training and run at a nice pace (not super fast!).  Modifications and progressions to any exercise are offered and this class is open to all fitness levels.  The session includes a dynamic warm up, a great work phase that includes cardio bursts, and ends with a cool down and relaxing stretch.  Bands, tubing, balls, weights and TRX suspension devices (when available) are used.  Classes are 50 minutes.

Built to Last Small Group Training (4-7 people)

Active vibrant women (60+) that want to form their own group or be a part of a ladies fit club are going to love this class because it is all about you!  I'm a card carrying member of AARP myself-I'll be sixty in October.  This class works the total body in a cross training workout designed to increase flexibility, endurance, strength, and agility.  These classes are fun and the spirit of camaraderie is great.   We are usually laughing through the partner exercises!   And ladies-it also makes you look good-really.  Protecting the joints and taking into consideration the strengths and challenges of the individuals in the group make it perfect for small group training.  Classes start with a ten minute warm up, a 25 minute work phase and a 10 minute stretch session.  Bands, tubing, balls, weights and TRX suspension devices (when available) are used.  Classes are 45 minutes.

Boot Camp Body Blast (5-7 people)  Intermediate level

Tone the body, burn fat, build endurance, and increase agility in this total body interval training workout!  In good weather, this is an outdoor workout in a great park.   In cold or wet weather-the workout goes indoors.  This workout begins with a high energy warm up of the complete body, proceeds to a 30 minute work phase including cardio bursts and ends with a relaxing cool down.  Work phases include strengthening and sculpting moves with body weight, suspension training, balls, tubing, and bands.  Individual attention and the spirit of camaraderie is great in these small classes and the partner exercises are amazing! The aerobic phases are challenging and are modified or progressed according to the individual's fitness level.  We have fun-but this is results oriented playtime!  Classes are 50 minutes.
