I’m Gail, an ACE-certified personal trainer and health coach specializing in in-home and mobile training for women in Norwalk, Wilton, and Westport. With over 25 years of experience, I help women build joint-friendly strength, improve mobility, support core and posture, and feel sculpted, steady, and capable at any age.
I look at the whole picture — how you move, eat, sleep, manage stress, and show up for yourself. My approach supports the changes women experience in perimenopause and menopause, helping you feel energized and in control of your health.

I come to clients in Norwalk, Wilton, and Westport. Depending on scheduling, I may travel beyond these areas, and the price may be increased. Just ask me.

I bring many things with me. If you have a mat and some dumbbells, that's all we need.

Yes. If you want flexibility, I offer a hybrid option that combines in-home training with virtual sessions. It’s ideal if you travel, have a busy schedule, or want extra support between in-person visits. We can go over options during your free phone consultation.
