Gail is a fitness and wellness enthusiast who has been in the fitness industry for fifteen years. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, and a Level Two TRX Trainer. Gail's clientele range in age from the late 20's to 87. Gail provides in home, outdoor, gym, and community facility based fitness and health coaching programs. Programs are diverse, balanced, results oriented and always have a fun element as well.
Gail is a strong believer in cross training and works with clients to improve their overall fitness, health, body composition and energy levels which can lead to an enhanced lifestyle. She focuses on strength training, core conditioning, yoga and Pilates, cardio and flexibility enhancement. Weight loss programs are also a central part of programs. Balance and Fall Prevention is an essential add on for older clients. Gail treats each client as an individual with special desires and needs and designs workouts according to the client's strengths, motivations and challenges. She has a holistic approach and believes that combining one's healthy lifestyle and fitness with a career and people that promote happiness is optimal and one of her central tenets.
Gail resides in Brooklyn, New York. She has two daughters and an 19-year-old granddaughter. Gail was chosen to appear on an episode of Inside Edition in 2016 that featured Grandma's with jaw dropping bikini bodies! She enjoys writing, cooking, traveling and of course staying strong, healthy and fit.
Qualifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Health Coach, ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Level Two TRX Qualified and a BA from Fordham University.
