Small Group Training is a Win-Win Situation!
I have been an exercise enthusiast for at least 30 years and a personal trainer for 15 years. I truly loved my years as a personal trainer and I have clients who I still train individually. It's a little humbling for me to say that I never thought I would enjoy being a group fitness instructor. Small group fitness (between 4-10 people) is the perfect marriage for me as a trainer and for my clients. I'm in love with it! Why? Well...
It's fun! The programs are customized for what the group is interested in. People on a similar fitness journey can become workout buddies and the trainer can help clients achieve more than they could on their own.
Small group training is very cost effective. You can get individual attention from a personal trainer at an affordable cost.
A 'tribe' develops-the spirit of camaraderie and the energy created is contagious!
There are some individuals who are very competitive. They do their best workouts being spurred on by other like minded individuals.
And, on the flip-side, there are those individuals who see themselves as weak and uncoordinated. There are people with different strengths and challenges, and these people are on a comfort level among friends in a group where they can get individual attention.
Small group fitness classes are results oriented classes and are generally offered 2-3x a week for 6-8 weeks. Participants will be able to qualify results from the beginning of the program to the program finish!
